"I am a roofing contractor that works with State Farm frequently. It can be challenging to make things happen for homeowners at times when people have in their heads, we work on opposing teams. Llaurel, however, went absolutely above and beyond to see a mutual client taken care of to an extent that I felt compelled to write a review, something I never do. Where others seemed to lack a sense of urgency while a client had a football sized hole in their roof Llaurel stepped in and saw the client taken care of on the same day I reached out. There was no constant transfer of calls or delay in correspondence just a simple "I'll make it happen." That she did and with the frustration level of the homeowners I'd say she single handedly saved the client from switching insurance companies. Huge cheers for Llaurel!"
